REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityIn what ways is social media an effective tool for sharing your values?
Colleen Sullivan 7/27/2023 2:01 PMI feel like social media is great place to spread helpful information and ideas for a Greenier environment. But you also have to take the chance of Negative Nancys saying hurtful things to you and just being plane rude. At times it can hurt my feelings. But I just know this person has to hide behind a screen in order to hurt someone's feelings. They are not out there learning the truth and trying things to save our planet. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONKitchenBesides having access to fresh herbs and vegetables, what benefits will you see from growing your own garden?
Colleen Sullivan 7/27/2023 1:57 PMBy planting my own garden, you actually are helping the bee population. By having the flowers, they need to get their honey. Also provides for the animals in your yard the left-over waste or what they take. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONKitchenWas this action easy or difficult to do? How did it change your travel experience?
Colleen Sullivan 7/27/2023 1:55 PMI find the travel hack was to integrate into trips. I had been doing this for several years already. i just changed a few things up after learning more simpler and more nature friendly ways in this group. -

Colleen Sullivan 7/07/2023 9:47 AMI had no issue's I did this several years ago. Back then it was more difficult to find all organic natural sheets, blankets and comforters. today much easier to find them online, at some stores and farm markets. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBedroomOften, single-use and disposable products don't just create more trash - they also contain toxins that are bad for humans. What are some other single-use items that are harmful to humans?

REFLECTION QUESTIONBedroomWhat are the benefits (to people, animals, and the environment) of purchasing clothes made with natural fibers?
Colleen Sullivan 7/07/2023 9:43 AMfor the last several years I look for fabrics made with natural fibers due to skin allergies in myself and my daughter. I feel the clothes are made better and last longer. But there is less pollution in making these fabrics and less on the landfill. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBathroomWhat have you noticed about the economic and social impact of switching to steel razors? Was there ever really a need for disposable razors, or do you think it was just a way to sell more things?
-
