All plastic used will be recycled.

Use a commode for urine and dispose of it outside on plants with collected gray water. Use the toilet for poop and flush once a day.

I will replace my soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions with sustainable, unpackaged, or refillable options.

I will host or participate in a beach, highway, river, or other cleanup effort in my community.

I will pick up 20 piece(s) of litter each day.

I wash my dishes in a container and throw the water on my outside plants.

I will make my own cleaning products or choose plastic-free, refillable options.

If traveling, I will reuse my old travel tubes to refill with my soaps or only bring bar soaps with me.

When I need to replace my dish soap, I will switch to a bar or refillable option.

All food waste except meat products will be composted.

I will use laundry detergent that is packaged in glass or aluminum, or an alternative like soap nuts.

I will purchase my clothes from 2nd hand stores and donate my clothes to be reused.

The numbers #1-7 on plastics tell us a lot - and can help us be better recyclers. I will learn what these numbers mean and which types of plastics are accepted for recycling in my area.

After purchasing a used washing machine, I will reuse the water on outside plants.

Put a bowl in my sink to catch the water I use. Mix water with urine to dump outside on my plants.
