Disposable tampons and menstrual pads are often quite expensive. What are the economic and personal benefits of this switch for you?

The personal benefits are that I am saving money. The reusable products were a little costly upfront, but they are reusable, so it wasn't that much more money. The other benefit is that my body feels better.

What is the benefit of using bar soaps or refilling your travel sized containers? Is this an action you think you will keep in your life?

Reusing travel-sized containers reduces the plastic being carelessly thrown out. Refilling the containers saves money because you are not buying new ones every trip. The other bonus is it's products you already know and like. You aren't taking a gamble on if this product will work for you.

Bringing my own snacks is easy. It saves me money and it's all food I like.
