An easy way to reduce plastic if you have cats is to use a reusable litter pail! petco offers this and you get a discount when you take it back in to fill it up!

It’s also the only litter that doesn’t smell like litter or anything! We have 5 cats and you wouldn’t know it which is amazing! When the handles have broken I’ve taken the buckets to work and used them for storage

This has been a difficult issue for me. Having a cat and litter box. If you don't use a liner, water is wasted scrubbing a litter box and if you use a liner it is plastic. Plus the waste is noncompatible.

Another easy thing to do to reduce plastic if you have cats is that petco has refillable litter! You just use the same bucket over and over again!

I see people carrying out their litter buckets all the time! I'm never in that part of the store so I was curious and looked. I think that's a pretty cool option!! Way to go!

I see the same at my school. I am in the cafeteria during the kindergarten kids lunch and 1st through 5th grade during inside recess.
