  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Kitchen
Since the restrictions that COVID-19 has required of our society, trying to use your own cup might present new barriers, as well as new opportunities for creative problem solving. How were you able to achieve success on this action? How can you make it a long-term habit?

I gave up my daily Starbucks habit! Making my own drinks in the morning has not added significant time to my day, and I have saved a lot of money!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Family + Pets
Does making your own pet food seem like a habit you can keep up in the long term? What else can you do to reduce your use of plastic packaging that can come from taking care of your pet's needs?

Yes. My dog loves the homecooked food, and it is very healthy for him.
